Pottery Pick-Ups Pottery is ready for pick up 7 days from the date you finished
your pottery. Please check our regular business hours for pick-up times. Please keep in mind we will close 1 hour
prior to our posted hours, if no painters are present at that time. Pottery is kept
for up to 30 days. After 30 days pottery becomes the property of Pottery Works Inc. and/or is donated to charity.
Rush Orders Once you have finished painting your pottery it will need to cure over night,
then it will be coated with a layer of clear glaze which also needs to cure over night. Once placed in
the kiln it will be another 24 hours before your pottery will be cool to the touch and removed from the kiln. Our standard
turn around time is one week. Depending on our current kiln schedule and the size of your piece we may be able to expedite
your firing. Please consult with us regarding "additional fees" that apply for this service.
Disclaimer At times situations beyond our control can occur in the kiln. If your piece
is damaged, we will allow you to paint the same piece again for free. We do not give refunds, due to the fact that the
paint, glaze, firing & piece are not retrievable. Thank you for your understanding.
Special Orders Pottery Works is always adding new items to they're inventory. However,
if you are looking for something special and/or you would like for all your guests to paint a specific item please come into
the studio at least two (2) weeks prior to your event to ensure your items are ordered and/or in stock in time for your event.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before all special orders are placed.
Gift Certificates Certificates are the perfect solution of you are in a hurry and it ensure
the recipient will get exactly what they want. They can be purchased in any denomination please contact us directly
if you are interested in purchasing a certificate.
Custom Painted Pottery Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing (plus shipping time) for
all custom painted work, including just lettering. Since all ceramics are hand painted it is characteristic to notice
variations of color and art, including brush strokes and the details for the ceramics. This is intentional and adds
a unique quality to each piece. By completing and placing your order you have agreed to all terms. Payment in
full due at the time you place your order.
Can you come to my School or Office? You bet! We offer Pottery To Go or we can take
a field trip to your location.

We accept Cash, Local Checks, Mastercard & Visa for in store purchases.
You may also call 904-646-3009 to place an order over the phone. If you pay by personal check, special orders will
be processed once the check has cleared.
Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc.
which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
